Beefresh Property Care & Co, LLC is a family-owned property care business in NC providing lawn care, pressure washing, commercial cleaning, laundry pick-up, and more for homes and small businesses. We launched in 2024, built on nearly twenty years of logistics experience and over twenty years in healthcare. We are licensed, insured, and we created Beefresh to give busy families and property managers reliable help that feels personal, respectful, and easy to schedule.

We started with residential and commercial cleaning, then something clear happened, our customers wanted help with more of their to-do list. They asked for lawn care, bin cleaning, pressure washing, and even help with laundry and errands. Listening to those needs, we expanded carefully, always keeping quality and communication first. Meet Guiteau (Gee)
Before starting Beefresh Property care, Gee spent over 18 yrs in logistics managing and coordinating teammates and pressing deadlines. Even with a tight and demanding schedule, Gee started helping others with simple tasks such cutting the grass for an elderly family member, pressure washing a driveway of a single parent, landscaping or even helping a friend grow a commercial cleaning business. The spark of something new and fresh was born with always an emphasis on service to others.
Meet Josepha (Jo)
I have been in healthcare for over 20 years. Serving others is a passion. As a nurse working in the hospital setting and/or performing home visits, patients and caregivers always asked about additional help with basic tasks. Some needed a referral to a good house cleaner, lawn care, a mobile laundry service etc. Being a caregiver can be very demanding; most caregivers feel overwhelmed with the day-to-day tasks of caring for the health of a family member and keeping up with life’s daily needs. There a spark was ignited.
As a husband-and-wife team, Gee and Jo have combined their professional expertise and love of service to bring a wide range of services that many of their customers already value.
